Hey, I’m Kathryn.
I support highly sensitive children & adults in finding connection through play and emotion regulation.
The way you see things depends a great deal on where you look at them from.
Norton Juster in The Phantom Tollbooth
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families seeking support through emotional challenges, relationship struggles, life transitions, or family stress.
I am especially passionate about supporting highly sensitive children, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent individuals through a compassionate, affirming, and intersectional lens.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in painful relational patterns. Together, we will co-create a space to build emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and help you to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and the world around you.

Since then, I have been accumulating supervised clinical hours as a practicing mental health therapist under my supervisor, Maggie McEachern, LCSW to become a fully licensed clinical social worker and therapist in the state of Colorado.
